  • Why should I book a slumber party?
    Slumber parties are the best way to celebrate safely during this pandemic because they happen in the convenience of your own home. It eliminates the time spent on planning and allows you to worry about the important things such as cake and ice cream. Slumber parties done with The Sleepover Club are always unforgettable. Why spend money on a party where you only enjoy it for a few hours? When you book with The Sleepover Club you allow more time to celebrate, while giving your guests their first glamping style slumber party experience. They will leave the party with lasting memories.
  • How do I book a slumber party?
    Please complete a contact us form. We will respond to your request with email or phone call. In order to reserve the date needed, a non refundable deposit of $100 will be due. This will hold your date, as dates go fast and the planning will begin. Note your balance is due 1 week before your reserved event date. All events should be booked at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid a rush fee of $50.
  • How does it all work?
    We set up 3 to 4 hours before the slumber party starts. We will need at least 2 hours to set up, a set up time will be discussed prior to party date. We do ask that children/ adults are not in the way while we set up. This will help us stick to our set up time and make sure no one gets hurt. The next day we will pick up all rented slumber party items.
  • Any age limits?
    Our tent rental packages are for ages 4 & up.
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule a party?
    Please notify The Sleepover Club 7 days before the reserved party is scheduled to happen. No refund will be given on canceled parties. We ask that you reschedule your party for a later date. You will be given a year to reschedule and book again.
  • How much space do I need?
    We do ask that you clear enough space for the tent/ teepee set up. Please have this done before our arrival time. The tent and mattress combo is approximately 4 ft wide. We will try our best to move tents around to fit your cleared space however if all rental tents do not fit we will fit what we can and there will be no refund on unused tents.
  • What if rental items are damaged during my slumber party?
    Any Items damaged will be expected to be replaced by paying The Sleepover Club for damages. We do understand accidents happen. Keep ALL food, drink, gum, candy, slime, makeup, polish, paint, anything that stains, away from all rental items. No jumping, running, pulling or swinging on the equipment. Do not move items (unless its the bed trays/pillows). Do not sleep on the decor pillows. You may place the decor pillows in the bag we leave behind to store them in. We suggest having each guest bring a sleeping pillow for bedtime. No smoking around the slumber party times. And keep pets away from items as well. Doing these things will help ensure all guest are safe and all items are free of damages.
  • Do you travel?
    Yes we do, if the setup location is more than 10miles from our zip code 76001 a travel fee of $2/ per mile will apply.
